SAP is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to guide customers through their business journey with our cloud solutions. The CSM drives customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, references, and upsells across the portfolio and serves as the strategic point of contact across SAP functions to maintain customer health.
