Close Protection Officer

Deliver close protection in accordance with Mitie SOPs and client expectations -Conduct dynamic risk assessments, route planning and threat mitigation -Liaise professionally with principals, private offices and partner agencies -Maintain situational awareness and manage security incidents appropriately -Assist with logistical planning, recon, venue sweeps and advance work -Uphold Mitie values, compliance obligations and professional standards -Maintain accurate reporting, documentation and operational records

Excellent judgement and decision-making -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Ability to integrate quickly into multi-disciplinary teams -Professionalism, reliability, and unwavering discretion -High standards of personal presentation and conduct -Willingness to work flexible hours, sometimes at short notice, SIA Close Protection Licence -Proven CP experience (government, corporate, diplomatic or media) -Strong understanding of the UK threat environment -Excellent written and verbal communication -Full UK driving licence -High standards of integrity, discipline and presentation Desirable: -Medical qualifications (FPOSi/FREC3/4, or equivalent) -Experience on ministerial, corporate or HNW contracts -Willingness to undergo MITIE BS7858 vetting and if required CTC / SC Govt vetting
