Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experiencedClinical Workforce Training Coordinatorto join our team at Community Dental Services CIC (CDS). This is a key role in supporting the development and delivery of clinical training programmes that ensure our workforce meets the highest standards of care and compliance
In this role, you'll have the chance to influence how training is designed, delivered and evaluated across our services. You'll work closely with the Clinical Director and partner with teams across CDS to ensure our training reflect our values, regulatory requirements and future ambitions., o Deliver and evaluate clinical training programmes in line with CDS's Mandatory Training Plan.
o Coordinate training schedules with internal teams and external providers.
o Support accreditation processes and act as Tutor/Internal Moderator.
o Promote the use of the apprenticeship levy and support wider professional development.
o Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with GDC and CQC standards.

o Hold at least 2 of the required qualifications or be working towards (e.g., NEBDN or equivalent Certificates in Dental Sedation Nursing, Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education and Topical Flouride Varnish Application).
o Experience in designing and delivering clinical training.
o Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills.
o Willingness to travel and a full UK driving licence.
