Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) / Data Manager

The post holder will provide support to the Metabolic Health Research Team with cross cover as above to the HIV, Sexual Health and Hepatology clinical research teams. The clinical research unit undertakes and manages clinical trials within the rapidly changing Metabolic Health disease areas and the HIV, Hepatology and Sexual Health disease area, offering a high standard of care to patients from a variety of backgrounds.,

• Managing courier companies and the collection of samples
• Sample kit ordering
• Creation and management of Microsoft documents
• Processing and storing samples as per laboratory manuals.
• General administrative duties, which will include collecting and collating data for the Injectable Service.
  
  The candidate should be highly motivated, organised, enthusiastic and hardworking. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively on a variety of levels.
The successful candidate should be able to work autonomously, show attention to detail and cope well under pressure.
