This post is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and developing innovative teams and services within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You need to have an excellent grasp of issues within this specialty including experience of working with a range of stakeholders and the challenges that this brings. LCH Community Dietetic Teams have an excellent reputation for delivering high standard quality care and innovation and consist of three individual service offers including Adult Dietetics, Adult Home Enteral Feeding and a Childrens Dietetics Team, which includes Home Enteral Feeding. It is imperative you are an outstanding role model in team working and co-working with staff in different roles and will demonstrate a full range of highly effective communication skills. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the teams and support colleagues with operational queries. You are, passionate about implementing and continuing to develop strong

skills in leading people, including coaching and applying change strategies. We require that you have good IT skills and excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative way with colleagues and other services. Interviews are planned for 22nd of July 2026.
