We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Team Leader (Band 7) to provide operational and clinical leadership across our MHST service in: Hinckley Locality This is a pivotal senior role within a growing, nationally recognised early intervention programme. You will lead large, skill-mixed teams delivering evidence-based interventions to children and young people (CYP) with mild to moderate mental health needs, while shaping service delivery across education and community systems. This role will suit a confident and resilient leader with significant experience of: Managing large, complex and multi-disciplinary teams Providing high-quality clinical supervision Delivering against KPIs and quality standards Using and interpreting data to drive
