We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN/RNLD) who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care at Cygnet Lodge Kenton.

This will be a fixed term contract for six months for maternity cover You will be expected to work 38.5 hours per week, working days and nights shifts across a 7 day rota. The working pattern is 7:30am to 8pm for day shift and 7:30pm to 8am for a night shift., Cygnet Lodge Kenton, in North-West London, offers a flexible mental health rehabilitation service for women including High-Support Inpatient Rehabilitation (Level 2) and Community Rehabilitation (Level 1). This dual-level rehabilitation model ensures that women receive the support they need while developing independence at their own pace. Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK
