Full Job Description
Duties include (but not limited to)
+ Maintaining electronic patient record systems
+ Maintaining and monitoring referral spreadsheets
+ Typing of letters
+ Diary Management
+ Telephone work
+ General business support to wider clinical team
+ Undertake other appropriate duties, as directed, being adaptable and flexible to service needs and changes across the locality.
+ Promote adherence to Trust Policy and support compliance in all areas
+ Promote a positive culture within the workplace; working within the remit of the Trust Values

This is a wonderful opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join The Bury North Community Mental Health Team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with strongly embedded values of working together., Bury North Community Mental Health Team are looking to recruit a conscientious, calm and confident individual. Our successful applicant will be working alongside administrative and clinical colleagues to support this service.
This role is a part time, fixed term post located at Sage Centre, Newmarket.
You must possess excellent time management skills, a positive approach and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems. You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining confidentiality are also essential.
You would also be required to support the reception at times for which training will be provided. It may be required that on occasions you cover other sites so a full driving licence is essential.
