Curriculum Development and Delivery

• Work under the direction of the module and subject leads to deliver high quality teaching in the CSPP module. This will primarily include small- or large-group tutorials, clinical skills, communication skills and simulation sessions, including where these sessions take place in ward or simulated ward areas. Imperial College London 3 Create, review and update educational material for the CSPP module, with appropriate support from the Head of Curriculum Development, and module and subject leads, for example: learning materials, lesson plans, assessments, and online resources. Contribute to the production, delivery and marking of assessments for the CSPP modules, ensuring that students are provided with high quality, timely, and constructive feedback. Identify curriculum or assessment areas where improvements could be made, applying necessary evidence and experience, and suggesting ways of improving provision and use of digital technology
Occasionally provide support for the delivery of teaching in other modules as reasonably requested. Profession and Practice
• Remain professional in practice and maintain knowledge in own specialist area Participate in the activities of evaluation and critical enquiry, contributing to educational research
  
  The Pears Cumbria School of Medicine (PCSM) is a unique partnership between Imperial College London and the University of Cumbria. Opened in Aug 2025, the School delivers a four-year graduate entry programme, with the second cohort of students due to start this September.
