Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an EPR Clinical Systems Support Analyst has opened within the Clinical Systems Team at UHCW. The post holder will be responsible for assisting fellow EPR Workflow Analysts as well as Clinical Systems Support Leads specifically in relation to supporting systems which fall under the remit of the Clinical Systems Team., Some of the role duties include but are not limited to:
- Management and creation of EPR accounts and related applications
- Management of appropriate Data Collection Workbook(s) (DCW)
- Providing a support service to users of systems
- Providing timely and accurate access to systems
- General system administration duties
- Provide basic management cover for other ICT systems
- Supporting 24/7 service
