Clinical Support Worker - Sconce Ward

Sconce Ward is a 32-bed inpatient ward, comprising six bays and six single rooms, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT), playing a vital role in the delivery of high-quality sub-acute care and ongoing rehabilitation. • Assisting patients with their daily needs and activities, promoting comfort and dignity.
• Collaborating with nurses and medical staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming ward environment.
• Providing compassionate support to patients and their families during challenging times.
