- Provide personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding Record patient observations including vital signs and escalate concerns Support clinical procedures such as wound care, venepuncture, and catheter removal (after training) Assist with medication administration and oxygen therapy (after training) Escort patients and support enhanced observations Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient dignity and confidentiality
