Full Job Description

The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of the registered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is to support the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate care to patients and their relatives. This job description is to be read in conjunction with the person specification for this particular job.

To be successful you will need to have a mature, compassionate and sensitive manner with a genuine desire and passion to help people. As this is an challenging role you must have the ability to demonstrate patience and empathy, with good practical skills inspiring confidence and trust to all patients.
