Clinical Support Worker

Are you a keen enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work and wants to work for a likeminded team then we want to hear from you., To provide a high standard of person-centred care under the supervision of nursing staff and allied health professionals, to young people with learning disability diagnosis who may have complex needs and/or behaviours that challenge.

To support carers and families in maintaining a safe care environment in line with Positive behaviour support approach. To reduce the risk of placement break down and admission to hospital setting.

Employees, workers, and / or contractors will be expected to uphold the values of the Trust and exhibit the expected Trust behaviours aligned to the Trust's values.

Individuals have a responsibility to ensure that they display the Trust values and behaviours in carrying out their job and that individuals feel able to challenge (or raise a challenge) when other colleagues' behaviours breach the spirit of Trust values
