Full Job Description
- Support the delivery of a high-quality imaging service across various modalities.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist in training new Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers.
- Help manage and update support worker rotas.
- Oversee stock maintenance and ordering.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including cannulation, venepuncture, and Point of Care Testing (POCT).
- Maintain and update patients' electronic imaging records using Trust and departmental systems., For full details on the main responsibilities of the role, please refer to the detailed job description attached.
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Clinical Support Worker to join our Imaging Team on a fixed term contract for up to 12 months. What We're Looking For:o Excellent communication skills.o Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.o A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning., - NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health-related subject/Care Certificate
- Trained in cannulation, venepuncture and Point of Care Testing (POCT), Previous experience as a care assistant in a NHS or private health care environment, Ability to work under pressure and be flexible in their approach to work, Ability to effectively prioritise and co-ordinate own work and that of others
