Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for the clinical support to pupils administrator at Chailey Clinical Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual to coordinate clinical support to pupils and young adult services alongside the Chailey Clinical Services (CCS) clinical team . You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
The post holder will need to provide oversee the coordination of administration processes working closely with teams at Chailey Clinical Services and Chailey Heritage Foundation. You will be acutely aware of maintaining confidentiality and you will be used to managing many competing priorities on a daily basis. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.

Skilled Worker visa: going rates for eligible occupation codes - GOV.UK, To provide a comprehensive administrative role in relation to clinical support to pupils and to act as a focal point for enquiries while delivering administration of processes in respect of clinical support to pupils and young adult services alongside the Chailey Clinical Services (CCS) clinical team. The post holder will manage admissions and referral administration, be responsible for establishing and overseeing the assessment and clinical reporting for pupils, while dealing with all routine matters, ensuring documents/records are processed in line with information governance requirements.
