An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Central and West Community Rehabilitation Team for an experienced and talented Occupational Therapist to undertake the role of Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist supporting Continuing Health Care (CHC).As the specialist lead for this area of work, you will be responsible for managing referrals and caseload and to provide specialist Occupational Therapy assessment of needs for those patients who are receiving Continuing Health Care Funding.We want to hear from dynamic professionals that have experience and expert knowledge in complex equipment risk assessment, prescription and provision. Knowledge & experience of the Continuing Health Care system would be preferred.You will be an integrated part of the wider Community Rehabilitation Team and work alongside the other clinical specialists and operational leads within the service, supporting staff and service development with a specialist role in education and training support around
equipment and risk assessment., To be responsible for the assessment, treatment, planning, delivery and evaluation of evidence -based highly specialised occupational therapy intervention within the areas of
