Join Our Team as a Clinical Services Manager at Local Care Direct! Are you a passionate and experienced clinician looking to progress your leadership career? Local Care Direct (LCD) is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and support our non-GP clinical workforce across services in Leeds, working alongside fellow Clinical Services Managers to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Key responsibilities include leading and developing clinical teams, supporting service mobilisation, implementing clinical pathways and protocols, promoting continuous professional development, and ensuring compliance with organisational and professional standards. The role also includes maintaining clinical practice within LCD services, enabling you to remain connected to frontline care while applying your expertise to service improvement and decision-making.
