Clinical Services Care Coordinator

Providing administrative support to help deliver GMS and Non GMS work including the Quality Outcome Framework (QOF), Enhanced Services, AQP Contracts and any other schemes as required. Improving and developing systems and processes including utilising software/technology to enhance patient care and outcomes. • Good standard of education with good literacy and numeracy skills
• Track record of administrative experience in a healthcare setting or similar
