Full Job Description
The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to the team, key duties include organising and preparation of meetings, taking, transcribing and distribution of minutes as and when required, being responsible for inputting, maintaining and retrieval of information from relevant databases and assisting in the preparation of statistical, audit information.
We are looking to recruit a highly organised individual who will be expected to provide confidential, accurate and timely administrative duties. You should possess commitment to team working, be proactive in your work ethic,able to manage your own workloadand be expected to show initiative and be responsive to the needs of the service
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high level of expertise in typing, keyboard and minute taking. Having knowledge and understanding of Microsoft packages would be an advantage.
The post holder will also need to be an effective communicator with good written skills which would support them in communicating with service users, carers and health and social care professionals.
Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP) provides health and care services for a population of over one million people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care, as well as the provision of three GP surgeries in Cheshire.

The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this.
