Full Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Pharmacists to join our team of Clinical Rotational Pharmacists. Our excellent programme offers a diverse range of development opportunities for Pharmacists with an interest in honing their clinical knowledge, as well as taking strives into leadership and management opportunities. Our team of Clinical Rotational Pharmacists participate in 12 month rotations working across all 5 divisions within the trust giving the post holder the opportunity to experience an unrivalled breadth of clinical pharmacy practice and professional development. To provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to ward(s) within specialist area. To deliver designated performance objectives specific to the allocated rotation area(s). Our Clinical Rotational Pharmacists participate in extended clinical rotations in a vast range of specialties across the hospital. Our rotations include:
- Surgery
- Gastroenterology
- Trauma & Orthopaedics
- Vascular surgery
- Pre-admission clinics · Critical Care · Oncology and Haematology x2 · Medicines Information · Medicine:
- Emergency and Acute Medicine
- General Medicine
- Respiratory
- Renal
