We are recruiting multiple candidates to join our Clinical Therapies Administration Team at Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS Teaching Hospitals. Hours: 30 to 37.5 per week (to be agreed at interview). This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly committed and supportive team, delivering a professional, first-class reception and booking service within the Clinical Therapies Department. A flexible approach to working patterns is essential, in line with the Clinical Therapies Service Policy. Across site work is an expectation of this role and staff may be expected to work at any of the Trusts sites. If you are organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a busy healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you., Provide administrative/reception service support to facilitate the patient pathway Work flexibly across services to provide a booking service, process clinic changes, call centre cover, processing of referrals and undertaking a range of general admin tasks Build and maintain close working relationships across the clinical administrative teams, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to ensure functions of the role are carried out correctly and within given timescales. Ensure accurate data recording using SystmOne, CaMIS and E-referral and other systems; and via the use of Patient Tracking Lists (PTLs) book outpatient/inpatient events in accordance with clinical instruction and national/local waiting time target dates., If you choose to use AI or other tools to assist in writing your application, it's essential to personalise this information, particularly your supporting statement.
