Are you a skilled and motivated Psychologist looking to take the next step in your career? If so, there is an exciting opportunity to join an established multidisciplinary team as a Clinical Psychologist at Emerald Place Clinic. Emerald Place clinic is a general adolescent inpatient unit got the care and treatment of young people aged 12 up to to the age of 18. You will be responsible for the delivery of evidence-based individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, MDT working and risk assessments. You will also facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and be requested to design and deliver training to the multi-disciplinary team. As a Psychologist, you will have experience and knowledge in carrying a therapy caseload, including assessing complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatments to support individualised patient care plans. Your professional growth is valued and there are numerous career development opportunities on offer., As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide specialist psychological assessments and individualised evidence-based interventions for patients with complex mental health difficulties. You will offer formulation-driven psychological perspectives to multidisciplinary risk management, care planning and decision-making. The role involves managing a complex caseload as an individual therapist within a multidisciplinary team, facilitating group interventions, and supervising junior team members. You'll support staff development through training and reflective practice, and contribute to service development within the therapies team. Regular supervision and line management from a Regional Therapies Lead or Consultant Clinical Psychologist will be part of the role. Accountability for all aspects of clinical work and care, compliance with HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines, and company policies are expected. An annual salary of up to £55,000, including benefits like leave, free meals,
and wellbeing support, is offered.
