Clinical Psychologist (CYP ADHD Service)

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive ADHD assessments for children and young people.
• Gather and analyse information from multiple sources including families, schools, questionnaires and clinical records.
• Apply psychological formulation and clinical reasoning to support MDT diagnostic decision-making.
• Produce high-quality assessment reports and communicate diagnostic outcomes sensitively to children, young people and their families.
• Identify co-occurring neurodevelopmental, mental health and safeguarding concerns, escalating where appropriate.
• Contribute to MDT meetings, supervision, audit activities and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Provide psychologically informed recommendations and signposting to support children, young people and their families., You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment alongside psychology, nursing, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and medical colleagues.
