Full Job Description

Southend Integrated Healthcare for the Homeless (SIHH) is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate prescribing paramedic or nurse prescriber to join our dedicated team, providing specialist healthcare services to people experiencing homelessness across Southend-on-Sea. This is a part time role, for 22.5 hours per week and we can offer a flexible working pattern for the right candidate. Make a difference where it matters most. Every day offers the chance to make a genuine impact on health outcomes and improve lives., As part of our innovative homeless healthcare service, you will deliver primary care and outreach clinics across a range of community settings, working closely with local charities, homeless support services and voluntary organisations. You will play a key role in identifying unmet health needs, supporting patients to access wider healthcare services, and helping to reduce health inequalities within the local homeless population. The role is supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including a GP clinical lead, practice nurse and other healthcare professionals during selected sessions.
