You will participate in systematic clinical governance and offer clinical supervision to Assistants, Clinical Psychology Trainees, as well as other staff. You will utilise research skills for audit, service development and research. You will need to develop a knowledge base regarding specific mental health issues in hospital environments and be able to communicate this information to different levels of the organisation.
