Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for maternity cover as a Clinical Photography Educator at Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW). Working as part of the HEIW clinical photography education team the post holder will contribute to the delivery and development of the Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Photography. This is an all-Wales work-based learning professional education training programme for trainee clinical photographers. The Clinical Photography Educator post is part-time (15 hours per week),
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the level 7 work-based learning professional education training programme, in clinical photography.
- Main duties of the role include, curriculum development, producing learning materials, teaching, training, tutoring, assessment, and programme evaluation.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and skills in clinical photography practice to ensure current practice is reflected in the design and delivery of the level 7 work-based learning professional education training programme, in clinical photography.
- Work closely with NHS clinical photography departments across Wales to provide training, guidance and support for clinical photography trainees, workplace supervisors and assessor
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
