Full Job Description

The successful candidate will participate on a rotational basis in the day to day clinical Pharmacy service through a Pharmacy team approach, ensuring patients are reviewed in a timely manner and the best level service is provided in terms of available resource and capacity. They will form part of our ward based teams, which includes Pharmacy Technicians and ATO's. The suitable applicant will be part of the team providing Pharmacy Emergency Duty Commitment, and weekend/ BH cover as per a rota., To view role requirements and role responsibilities in full, please view supporting documents linked to this vacancy.

  • MPharm or equivalent academic qualification
  • Completed Pre-Registration year leading to membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Current membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy (to be commenced in post, and to complete year 1 before progression to a band 7), Proven hospital experience or equivalent
