Full Job Description
As our Clinical Nurse Trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging clinical training, assessing competencies and supporting the ongoing development of our Nurses, Senior Healthcare Assistants and Care Assistants.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver clinical training across the organisation
Assess and sign off clinical competencies
Train staff in tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilator care and cough assist
Support career progression from Care Assistant to Senior Healthcare Assistant
Ensure mandatory training compliance
Work closely with managers to continually improve clinical practice
Are you a Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) with a passion for education, coaching and clinical excellence?
Do you thrive on empowering others to deliver exceptional care?, Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
Experience working within a care home or complex care setting
Strong knowledge of tracheostomy and ventilator care
Experience delivering training, coaching or mentoring staff
Excellent communication and leadership skills
