Full Job Description
You will have the autonomy to manage complex patient pathways while working closely with respected consultants, nurses and other specialist colleagues. You will also be supported to continue developing professionally, contribute to education and service improvement, and help shape the future of our haematology and transplant services., You will support patients and their families from diagnosis through treatment and follow up, including those referred for haematopoietic stem cell transplantation and CAR T cell therapy. You will help people understand their options, make informed decisions and feel supported during what can be a difficult and uncertain time.
You will join our specialist cancer services at the Duchess of Devonshire Wing, where oncology, haematology and supportive care teams work together within a dedicated cancer centre. The environment is experienced, collaborative and patient focused. You will work alongside respected Consultants, nurses and specialist colleagues who understand the value of joined up care and the importance of supporting one another.
