Full Job Description

We require a Paediatric Nurse with proven experience in delivering paediatric and adolescent diabetes care, including at least one year working as a paediatric diabetes specialist nurse at Band 6 level. You will be enthusiastic about improving standards of diabetes care; have experience of supporting CYP with diabetes technology including Hybrid Closed Loop pumps; have excellent communication skills and an ability to work both autonomously and in collaboration with other professionals.
