Full Job Description
Join our Cancer CNS team at The London Clinic, where your breast care expertise, clinical judgement and ideas will be valued. You will have the autonomy to lead specialist care, with experienced colleagues alongside you to share knowledge and support your practice, Based primarily in our Harley Street outpatient clinics, including the one stop breast clinic, you will manage a specialist caseload across the breast cancer pathway. You will work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary colleagues across surgery and oncology, delivering nurse led clinics and supporting patients from diagnosis through treatment and follow up. Your role will span outpatient and inpatient care, including visits to patients undergoing breast surgery at nearby 22 Devonshire Place. Alongside your clinical practice, you will contribute to service development, quality improvement and the development of colleagues.
Our breast cancer service brings together outpatient assessment, surgery and oncology care, with links to our wider cancer services in the Duchess of Devonshire Wing. You will join Cancer CNS colleagues who share their expertise, support one another and welcome ideas for improving care. There are opportunities to strengthen your specialist practice through relevant training, shared learning and involvement in service development. As the UK's largest independent charitable hospital, we care for over 120,000 patients each year. What makes us different is what we do with that success. We reinvest it into our services, our technology and, most importantly, our people. From developing innovative new ways of delivering care to supporting continuous learning and career progression, we are always looking ahead.
