Full Job Description

Acorns Children's Hospice are looking for a Children's Palliative Nurse Specialist to join the team in our Hospice in Birmingham. As an experienced practitioner, you will beresponsible for the assessment of care needs and development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care with the multidisciplinary team and patients families.
