Clinical Nurse Manager - Multi-site Leadership

This is a 12-month maternity cover position offering a balanced split between clinical work and leadership responsibilities.

• 3 days per week clinical (typically across all branches)
• 2 days per week leadership and administrative focus (flexible)
• Hands-on clinical involvement - not a desk-based role
• Oversight of nursing standards and day-to-day operations
• Mentoring and development of nurses at all levels

  Salary from £40,000 (DOE)
