Full Job Description

Provide leadership and staff development, including producing personal development plans/appraisals for our nursing team.
Coordinate the provision of care given by the nursing team.
Liaise between the nursing team and the management team and partners.
Help coordinate patients long-term conditions care management, including QOF and vaccinations programmes.
Provide leadership and coordination for our infection control policies and practices

The Humbleyard Practice is seeking a capable and highly motivated practice nurse to join our team as Nurse Manager on a full-time basis. This is a leadership opportunity for a nurse with enthusiasm, commitment, and good communication skills to develop our loyal and well-established nursing team.

We are a large, semi-rural, three-site dispensing, research and GP training Practiceoperatingover three surgery sites just to the southwest of the fine city of Norwich. We have a fast-growing list size of 22,000 patients and we are part of the 5-practice Ketts Oak Primary Care Network.
