Clinical Nurse

Reporting into the Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to help young people manage their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development of individual care plans.
• Support the recovery and well-being of young people, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
• Coordinate nursing activities across shifts to ensure smooth operations on the unit.
  
  RMN / RN (Mental Health) or RLDN / RN (Learning Disabilities) registration or awaiting registration.
• A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting them
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the service and the young people in our care.
