Clinical Negligence Lawyer

You'll manage a stimulating, high-value multi-track caseload, handling complex clinical negligence claims from first client meeting through to resolution. Working autonomously while fully supported, you'll be trusted to make strategic decisions on cases that have real human impact. Your role will include:

• Progressing complex claims with confidence, empathy, and sound judgment
• Managing compliance with pre-action protocol and court timetables
• Instructing medical experts and counsel across litigation, ADR, and advocacy
• Leading negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
• Handling interim applications, forecasting income, and working closely with our specialist costs team
  
  You're a qualified senior lawyer with strong clinical negligence experience and a proven ability to run multi-track cases. You bring excellent client-care skills, confidence identifying medico-legal issues, and a shared commitment to fairness, quality, and social justice.
