Are you passionate about shaping innovative mental health services and driving real change? We're seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Early Intervention in Psychosis and Individual Placement Support Services within our Trust. As the clinical and operational lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality adult community mental health care. You'll take full ownership of your teams' performance and ensure every service user receives exceptional care rooted in clinical excellence and compassion. This pivotal role offers you the chance to:

To be accountable for the direct delivery ofadult community mental health services across defined areas of responsibility. Thepost holder will ensure delivery of high standards of care, clinical governancearrangements and a commitment to improving the quality agenda and contribute tothe care trust agenda as a member of the management team. To contribute, as partof the management team, to the Trust's strategic agenda and business planningsystems for own area of responsibility. The post holder is expected to work withinorganisational and other national and local policies to interpret and embed thesewithin their work area and to be accountable for service development and its practicalimplementation. The post holder may be required to deputise for their line manageror provide cover for a peer colleague, as required. In addition the post holder will be expected to support the implementation of variousprojects and new initiatives as they arise.
