Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist We are seeking a Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our Regional Prosthetics Service at Mayflower Community Hospital. This is a permanent position offering 28 hours per week, with a salary aligned to Band 8a (£57,528 - £64,750, pro-rated for part-time hours)., The Role As the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in the Regional Prosthetics Service by providing both clinical leadership and occupational therapy line management. This role combines leadership responsibilities with holding a complex clinical caseload, focusing on individuals with upper and lower limb loss referred to the service. You will lead the multidisciplinary team (MDT) in managing prosthetic rehabilitation and functional retraining for individuals with upper limb loss or difference. You will Lead and develop innovative therapeutic services to enhance clinical care pathways for individuals experiencing limb loss. Develop systems and processes to deliver service excellence across various clinical settings, including clinics, home environments, schools, and workplaces. Work autonomously and contribute to the teams strategic development of Occupational Therapy at both local and national levels. Maintain a clinical caseload, delivering care as an
autonomous practitioner.
