Clinical Lead Nurse

As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play an important role in maintaining the highest standards of care for the residents, supporting and mentoring the nursing and care teams, and working closely with senior management to drive continuous improvement across the home.,

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, DoLS, and regulatory standards.
• Support audits, care planning, and continuous quality improvement.
• Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high clinical standards.
• Mentor and develop nurses and senior care staff.
• Work closely with management to support safe, effective service delivery.

Are you an experienced, NMC-registered nurse with a passion for delivering outstanding clinical care? We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our client's team at their luxury private nursing home.,
• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Experience working within a nursing home environment.
• Senior nursing experience (e.g. Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse).
• Strong knowledge of DoLS, safeguarding, and compliance.
  
  Salary: £50,000
• Contract: Permanent , 40 hours per week.
• Setting: Nursing home for older adults
