career progression of a modern healthcare leader. Your Role & Responsibilities As Clinical Lead GP, you will divide your time between clinical delivery, clinical leadership and service development. Working closely with the Business Manager and supported by colleagues across One Medical Group, you will provide visible and approachable clinical leadership across the practice and help drive improvements in quality, safety, governance and patient care. You will also act as the practice's CQC Registered Manager, taking an active role in ensuring the service meets its regulatory and clinical governance responsibilities.
