Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a clinical team lead to join theatres as a band 6 on a full time contract of 37.5 hours.
- 1 Position - General Surgery You will lead a united team forward, setting standards and promoting as well as providing the best level of care possible. This role will may be required to work cross site, to manage and support the team and coordinate the department as needed. You will report directly to the senior clinical lead and deputise in their absence, setting excellent standards within the theatre setting and acting as a role model to the wider multi-disciplinary team. All aspects of the roles include team management, practical team management - Anaesthetics, scrub and circulate as the specifics of the role dictates.
