Clinical Fellow in Palliative Medicine

The Integrated Local Services Directorate is seeking to appoint to two Full-time Clinical Fellow posts in Palliative Medicine. We have different posts available dependent on candidate experience (please consult the linked job descriptions and person specifications for further information).

The Palliative and End of Life Care service at Guy's and St Thomas' has a strong record of high quality clinical care, service innovation and quality improvement. We work closely with colleagues in our King's Health Partners' Palliative Care Clinical Academic Group and the post holder will have the opportunity to engage with our portfolio of education and research., This post is within the multidisciplinary palliative care and end of life care service which manages patients within hospital advisory services, community teams and outpatient clinics. The post-holder will be supported to develop clinical and strategic links with community and hospital colleagues in all relevant specialties to support the delivery of high quality palliative and end of life care.

As an organisation we are committed to developing our services in ways that best suit the needs of our patients. This means that some staff groups will increasingly be asked to work a more flexible shift pattern so that we can offer services in the evenings or at weekends.
