Desirable criteria
• Evidence or interest in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia or Critical Care
• Management of complex rotas, Evidence of team leadership skills to be able to undertake effectively, the role of a Fellow within a large, multi site Teaching Hospital
• Organisational skills to be able to undertake effectively, the role of a Fellow within a large multi site Teaching Hospita.
• Good personal and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English, communication skills should be highly developed

• Knowledge of the organisation of the NHS and the Government's agenda for its modernisation
• Flexible approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to conduct and/or supervise audit as a fellow, You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
