Clinical Educator

West Lancashire College is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Clinical Educator to deliver high-quality practical teaching across our Health and Social Care provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging clinical skills sessions, supporting students to build competence, confidence, and readiness for progression into healthcare careers or further study. You will play a key role in bringing the curriculum to life by teaching essential clinical skills using simulation, resources, and current best practice, ensuring learning is aligned with industry standards. Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, you will help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment that promotes student success, professional behaviours, and employability. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with recent clinical experience who is passionate about education and inspiring the next generation of healthcare practitioners.
