Full Job Description

Clinical Deputy Manager Location: 110 St Mark's Road, Maidenhead SL6 6DN. Salary: Up to £56,035 per annum (depending on experience). Employment Type: Permanent - 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday; occasional night visits or weekend work may be required. Bonus: Welcome Bonus £2,000. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
  • Create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels through efficient rota management.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
  • Develop strong relationships with local partners and raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
  • Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct.
  • Understanding of the benefits of high-quality nursing care; champion independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
  • Effective communicator able to build strong, honest relationships with residents and families.
  • Natural leader who can mentor a team, delegate effectively, and promote excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Respectful, compassionate team player who strives to give their personal best.
