Manager As Clinical Deputy Manager you will be responsible for leading the care team to ensure that the care delivered to our resident is safe, supportive and person-centred. You will ensure that these needs are regularly reviewed to ensure th, As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will lead the care team to ensure safe, supportive, and person-centred care for residents. Your role involves daily responsibility for the hygiene, cleanliness, and safety of the environment and equipment. You'll assist the Registered Manager in the home's operations, assuming full responsibility in their absence. Tasks include inducting and supporting team members, auditing care standards, liaising with families and professionals, monitoring risks, and maintaining records.
