As a Clinical Delivery Lead, you'll provide strong clinical leadership across your service, ensuring high standards of care, governance, and performance. You'll work closely with operational leaders, clinicians, and system partners to deliver high-quality outcomes and continuously improve the services we provide. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing (full details are in the job description): Clinical Leader - Provide expert leadership and support to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient care Quality & Governance Champion - Maintain robust clinical governance, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements Service Improver - Identify opportunities to enhance pathways, improve patient outcomes, and drive service innovation Performance Partner - Work closely with operational colleagues to monitor performance, manage demand, and support delivery against KPIs System Collaborator - Build strong relationships across primary care, secondary care, and wider system partners to ensure integrated care delivery You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, working across services to ensure we deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care to our patients., Are you a clinical leader ready to shape and deliver high-quality community services?
