An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Clinical/Counselling Psychologist within CAMHS Getting More Help Services, based in the Berkshire CAMHS East Specialist Community Team covering Bracknell, Slough, and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. This is a full-time (37.5 hours), substantive role. The Specialist Community Teams provide assessment, therapeutic intervention, and care coordination for children and young people experiencing moderate to severe, complex mental health difficulties. The team works collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment and alongside partner agencies to deliver high-quality, holistic care. The post-holder will join a team of clinicians to deliver assessments, care coordination, multi-agency working, and evidence-based psychological interventions for young people and their families. The role also includes supervision of junior colleagues where appropriate, alongside access to clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.
