Clinical Correspondance Assistant

As a Correspondence Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care by producing and processing clinical correspondence for services across the Trust.

Based at Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro, you'll be part of a modern, forward-thinking Clinical Administration Service. Using digital systems and voice-recognition technology, you'll edit, format and quality-check clinical correspondence, ensuring it is accurate, professional and completed within agreed timescales.

Whether you already have typing or administration experience, or you're looking to bring transferable skills from customer service, hospitality, retail, finance or another fast-paced environment, we'll provide the support and development you need to succeed.
